The tiger looks mostly good to me. I like the positioning. :)
It's just the eyes that bother me. They are sort of asymmetrical and unfocused...
Also, the black part of it's left ear blends in to some of the markings on it's back.

It's a fun concept, though. And the tiger really carries a feeling of power and mass, so the combat comes across well. :)
